One West Point

Set to be the tallest building in West London on completion, One West Point is a premium residential development built by O’Shea Group.

O’Shea Plant Hire provided formwork and falsework design and supply for this iconic 54 storey tower in West London. This included the cores, walls, columns, decking, edge protection and safety screens.

The storeys were completed on a fast cycle using Topec panels on the decking. Using a combination of hoists and hydraulics to move the formwork up the building, reliance on the crane was significantly
reduced.

O’Shea Plant Hire provided all formwork to the project notably Ischebeck Titan Screensaver windscreens and Topec deck formwork. The screens were fitted with a formwork hoist, meaning the topec was able to move without crane.
